Holiday accommodation for up to 5 people available for weekly rental. The self catering cottage is situated in a private courtyard on the waterfront at East Cowes and is within easy walking distance of Cowes via the free floating bridge. A variety of pubs, restaurants, attractions and shops are all easily accessible by foot. An ideal base to explore the Isle of Wight by day and Cowes by night.

The holiday cottage is decorated in a modern style to provide comfortable self catering accommodation and has private off-road parking in front of the property.

Seymour Court is a private courtyard of nine properties situated on the waters edge of the Medina river estuary in East Cowes, Isle of Wight. This busy waterway has a seemingly endless flow of sailing boats coming and going with the tides. Many of the worlds top sailing yachts are often seen passing. Enjoy fishing or crabbing off the sea wall or just relax and enjoy the views while soaking up the atmosphere.

The property has private parking and a shared ‘boat park’ which can be used for sitting-out and barbeque’s.

The floating bridge provides easy access to West Cowes for shopping, restaurants and pubs. This service runs every few minutes and is free for foot passengers.

East Cowes is an ideal base to explore the Isle of Wight as it’s central location brings the whole island within easy reach by car. Bus services are also available.

A variety of pubs, restaurants, attractions and shops are all easily accessible by foot. An ideal base to explore the Isle of Wight by day and Cowes by night.

The lounge (14ft x 14ft) is on the first floor and benefits from views of the Medina and Solent. There is a balcony off the lounge, which faces out to the Solent waters, ideal for watching the boats or the sun set over Cowes.

The kitchen (8ft x 6ft) is also on the first floor and is well equipped, containing a four burner hob, oven, extractor, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, toaster etc.
The bathroom and bedrooms are on the ground floor. The main bedroom (12ft x 8ft) has a double bed and wardrobes for all the guests. The second bedroom (8ft x 6ft) contains full size bunk beds. The bathroom has bath and shower facilities and an electric shaver point.

All bed linen, duvets and towels are provided but please bring your own beach towels

Please be aware that young children must be supervised at all times when outside the house as there is direct access to the water and strong tidal currents flow.
