Linstone Chine is an ideal seaside summer holiday venue for families with children, whilst in earlier and later months it also forms an excellent base for walkers and cyclists to explore the Island, in small or large groups.

 Hang gliders, surfers, bicycle, motorcycle and car rallies flock to the island, in the early and late season. It is also a regular base for University students on organized field trips for fossil hunting or geology, as a Site of Special Scientific Interest on part of the "Dinosaur Coast"..
